Today's topic today, kiddies, is what would've changed if Al Gore had been elected president?
After the attacks of Sep 11, the US would have sent troops to Afghanistan and topple the regime there. Not being bogged down with a war in Iraq the rebuilding of that country would have gotten full attention; not that it would be easier, mind you.
The recent spat between Palestine and Israel wouldn't have occured as Gore wouldn't have taken his eyes off that ball, and Iran would have re-elected the moderate president they had.
Hugo Chávez would still be Hugo Chávez.
