Yeah I think multiple orgasms for a male would only be useful AFTER he's achieved penetration...
It's entirely possible for a guy to have multiple orgasms, just not in quick succession like women can. My running record is three.

multiple orgasm is possible with males if you are able to seperate orgasm from ejaculation (ie, practice your kegels.)
