Let's just say for a moment that reincarnation is absoutely true. Wouldn't it be an utter mindfuck for you to live as Jesus, then in your next life either worship your past self or persecute the followers of your past self, Then when you die you find out who you were in your past life? I'd think that'd be an utter mindfuck.
Option 1: You go to Hell for worshipping yourself...

Someone like Jesus would probably achieve Nirvana and become part of the Brahman (I think that's how it goes...), thus, breaking the paradox before it starts.

Other than that - how are you to remember anything? You're either alive with no recollection of your past lives, or you are in limbo and not thinking at all (or whatever. Don't do this to my mind!!!)

Whoa... that would be some hardcore irony. If I found out that I'd just spent a life persecuting the religion that I started, I think I would have a laughing fit that would last for my next six reincarnations.
