So, here is the deal. In February I will be getting on a plane in New York City and I will be getting off of the said plane in loverly London England, I then spend the next 15 days visting the fallowing places in England France and Spain. London,Paris, the Loire Valley,Bordeaux and Chambord,Arcachon,Biarritz,San Sebastián,Barcelona,Madrid,Zaragoza, and finaly Toledo.
Here is my problum I have no idea what kind of weather and such these places have in February. All I know is that it might rain and that here at home there will be five feet of snow on the ground. So I am hoping that the kind people of NSG can help me out more than google has.:)

i reckon you can be pretty much guarateed with temperatures at least 5 degrees C higher than your home then. and replace 'might' with 'will' and you are on to a winner with regards to rain. spain and the south of france should be pretty mild then i think but i'm no authority on that part of the world at that time of year.

in England its going to be cold and windy so bring some warm stuff (a coat is essential and defiantly more than a raincoat)

failing that bring nothing we need more nudists (and for God sakes a map!)

Expect rain in England. Lots and lots of it. Also, expect grumpy people whinging about the rain.

London in February will probably be cool and windy, and rain less than films would portray it.

I haven't been to any of the other places, so I can't help. Nonetheless, six months in advance, have a good trip.

silly he should be much more afraid of roaming Chavs and the palace guards (do not piss them off)

edit: there may also be a chance (however slim) of snow!

Take a warm jacket and shoes, and you'll be fine.

Well, it varies. London doesn't get very hot or cold. But, other places will vary. You could look up the weather patterns in wikipedia and pack accordingly.

from the last trip I took to Paris that was around about February you can expect it to be fairly sunny but still cold so you will need a jumper and maybe sunglasses depending on wear you plan to have lunch (as in are you having it in the park like those damn students!)

On that note I advise you leave Paris ASAP and head to Nice (which is nice:D ) Parisians are assholes

touch one, throw something at one (however small) or if your feeling really dangerous yell at one eventually you will get his comrades to come….

And always remember they are soldiers!

Spain, especially Madrid, will be cold and windy. So will England.

In Egland expect it to be cold, very windy, and lots of sleet. Temp of about -5 to +5 degrees C for Feb (which is what... 20-40 F?).

Depending on where you go, you may or may not get snow. Probably not in London - too much industrial heat.

France is about the same. Only more snow and less wind.

No idea for Spain. Probably no snow, quite a bit less wind, and temps of 0-10 C (30-50 F).

no snow (probably), but still cold and rainy.

If you're from somewhere cold then you'll probably find London quite warm. Walking briskly you can usually get away with jeans and T-shirt even in January. You will often see the locals in full-length fur or duffle coats, which is very funny.
It sometimes rains in London. Take a brolly or a waterproof jacket, or the tube (which is almost always Very Hot Indeed). Snow is uncommon, especially as late as February.

The rest of the country is cooler, windier, slightly more likely to rain, and the chance of snow raises to "tiny".
