A drunk guy did the right thing and got himself a designated driver. Unfortunately the designated driver had no license. How was the drunk supposed to know that? Well, the driver was his 4 year old son.

But a witness told police that he heard the boy say, "I'm sorry, Daddy, I didn't mean it" to which Mr. Boyce replied, "That's the last time I let you drive."

OK, now if the father gets charged with child endangerment or something, will the sentence be less than for drunk driving?
