For a game that was supposed to be cancelled, it sure turned out well. Boy, it's a fucking trip and a half.

I played it but I got lost on one of the levels and gave up. Thinking about it, thats whats happened on most first person shooters Ive played. I wish they were more linear.

Try Goldeneye, it's fairly linear (except the first Bunker mission but if you stay on the left you'll be OK).

The problem is, the best games often do have a lot of exploring to do which is cool and all but when you end up lost (Half-Life keeps losing me, I've not even got past the bloody lift with all the headcrbs on).

I didn't play but I thought the level design was well done.
