Hypotheotical situation for you NS General:

Thanks to a trigger-happy policeman or a rogue lion or a moderately disturbing indiscertion with the business end of a circular sawblade or something else, I have just come up a cropper.

What would you do? Mourn? Ignore it completely? Decidate some internet shrine to my memory?

i find all internet deaths suspicious. it seems unlikely to me that those mourning the departed would think to get into his computer and post to all his forums that he died.

I wouldn't do anything. I may ask who Zexaland was.. But probably not.

This is actually something I was thinking about recently. I mean, I know that if I suddenly stopped posting w.o any notice, some people would realize i was gone. But how would they find out if I had died? No one has my password. I talk to some on MSN, and that password is saved on my computer. So I suppose someone could get onto my computer and tell my contacts that I'd died. But that is assuming someone would even think to do all that. And assuming my computer was on, cuz you need a password just to log in.

If I were to suddenly stop posting would anyone worry? I'd worry if others I recognize as common posters didnt post any more. But apparently I'm different from most, and worry more. Its a tricky predicament.
