There can be many reasons for having your own favourite; e.g. least violent, most violent, romantic vision, most successful, least successful, brave etc.

Same as me. I am riding the mighty galleon "Nuestra Señora", dressed in red and gold, protecting la Corona from those bastards raiding OUR cities and burning OUR towns, raping us and killing our sons and husbands. I have a crew of people from every colony in the caribbean, a navigator from Veracruz, a mate from Cádiz, Yanomami archers, and aztec descended boarding parties, along with trusted tercios, dressed in the proud red and golden outfits, managing the cannons and the firearms.
I am known as the "Azote de Corsarios", the mistress of waves, with a guacamaya in my shoulder that from time to time screams "Death to bucaneers"...People give me part of their taxes so I can fight the scourges of the sea, and I distribute the unfair bounties of captured pirates amongst the populace.
After that, the alarm sets off and I have to get my morning shower...

Are you joking? Ninja's didn't have honor either. Unlike samurai who if they wanted to assassinate somebody had to wake the person up they wanted to kill.
Ninja's just assassinated the person.
Ninja's still rule though but so do pirates.
