This video is physically painful...

I can't tell if it's because the abysmally, almost surreally bad production values are sending me pain signals directly through my optic nerves, or because I'm laughing so hard. Either way, I think I need to see a doctor...

You can see the video right away by clicking here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uEhZh0NJY8&eurl=) (things get started around the 1:00 minute mark), but let me give some background info first.

This (http://aycu01.webshots.com/image/840/2004163432947569337_fs.jpg) is Richard Concepcion. Richard is what most of us call a furry. He likes cartoon characters. He likes them a lot (http://aycu37.webshots.com/image/3316/2004125144304266720_fs.jpg).

His love of furry animals was kindled at the tender age of 15, when he wrote a fan letter to Big Bird of Sesame Street fame and received a response. Eventually he got to meet his hero, and was so inspired that he decided to unleash his creative energies in a way unlike other members of the furry fandom: through the magic of public access TV.

The "Rapid T. Rabbit and Friends Show" (the "T" stands for "Transit", in a clever reference to the creator's complete dependence on New York's subway system) has aired on local public access for more than 20 years, providing marvelous little gems such as an encounter with the esteemed Chuck E. Cheese, linked to above.

He is also a crusader for justice, making awkward calls to city bureacrats about trivial issues and then awkwardly rambling about said issues on public access TV while riding a mechanical pony and wearing a giant rabbit costume.

Anyway, I've run out of things to say. Just watch the clip... human folly is mighty entertaining.

Is it wrong that I have an overwhelming urge to beat seven shades of crap outta the guy in the rabbit suit after watching that?
