How could you want to repeal this act. Although like they say that it's hard to enforce at least it's an attempt to try to keep the place safer for everyone. Nobody wants to buy a house and have no bathroom where people shit in the streets. It also says much of the things are covered in other issues. How could you possibly want this repealed? and for what reasoning? :headbang:
