PARIS, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- It appears increasingly likely that France will not conduct a formal investigation into Central Intelligence Agency rendition flights through French airspace.

Le Monde reported on Sept. 12 that the city of Bobigny's (Seine Saint Denis) public prosecutor, Francois Molins, has decided to classify without continuation the complaint deposited on Dec. 21, 2005, by the International Federation of the Leagues of Human Rights, or FIDH, and the French League for the Defense of Human Right and the Citizen, or LDH.

Wow, so any time a private jet flies through a European country, it's suspected of being a CIA flight?

There are so many US owners of private jets, who fly them to Europe, that they probably outnumber the total staff of the CIA. So they're all CIA pilots on CIA flights?

If they investigated them then they'd be exposing their own involvement.

Did you read the article? It describes almost the same setup we have for flights to the UK for our company, since the advent of the liquid bomb plot.

We have two qualified pilots on staff, and the company is leasing a Gulfstream.

A private consulting firm. So you're going to say that every private jet that flies in and out of Europe has got to be a CIA flight until proven otherwise?

How on earth did you come to that conclusion?

Read the entire article I linked to. Someone suspected a flight was a CIA flight, because it was a private jet that flew to Maine.

I did read the article, that's why I'm wondering what you're on about.

The article states that a flight was investigated, and it was going to Maine. Not that it was investigated because it was going to Maine.

You really do have comprehension problems don't you?

The accusation was made that it was a CIA flight. And the only information anyone had about it was that it was a private jet that flew to the US.

Hells bells, private jets fly to the US from Europe every day.

So on the basis of groundless suspicions, every private jet that flies to and from Europe is a suspect CIA flight?

No, the accusation was made that it was a CIA flight, and some of the information was that it was flying to the US.

Some =/= all. Not by any crazy twist in logic.

So on the basis of groundless suspicions, every private jet that flies to and from Europe is a suspect CIA flight?

You're the one saying it, based on spurious assumptions and insane interpretations.

your 'logic' is a sign of a weak and decadent failed culture that must be destroyed so that a new and powerful organic state can rise to fulfill glorious historic destiny of the people. we'll be starting the genocide shortly, buy your tickets today.
