Do Your Neighbors Fear Your Dog?

Just because it's a Doberman or a Rottweiler?

Well, now there's help!

Are you sick of people looking at your breed of dog in fear because politicians and the media are saying things like:

"We want to breed these dogs out of existence,"

"They are killing machines on a leash."

"These breeds don't belong in our community"

Well worry no longer, attackchi will be making disguises for all the so called 'dangerous breeds'. Now you can go to the park with your kids and your dog (like you have been doing for years), without the worry of people thinking you are a bad parent.

Poodle disguise for Dobermans

Kit includes:

- Fake fur pieces (4 leg pieces, one body piece, and head piece)
- Black face paint (safe for dogs)
- Safe suit fitting method statement and instructions.

WTF? Who would do that to their dog? I don't even consider poodles dogs. That is bad... on the funny side of bad, but still. Unbelievable.

if my neighboors feared my dog I would tie a kitten to a stake in their yard and let them watch my rottweiler tear it to ribbons.

The most unpredictable, viscious dog around is the Cocker Spaniel - I say we eliminate them all.

No, because it's invisible and they can't see it sneak up on them...:D
Not bad

Ive got a 6 year old pit bull mix that I got from a no kill rescue facility last Xmas. The neighbors love her. So do I.

I would certainly fear someone's dog if they dressed it up like that. Not as much as I'd fear the owners, though.

See, if I were a Doberman forced into the indignity of wearing that suit, I'd attack my own humans. That is the most embarrassed looking dog I have ever seen.

That said: it's all down to socialization. If someone's gone out of their way to socialize their dog properly, the breed's predilictions for being aggressive are not so much of a factor. You can make even a traditionally "family friendly" breed like a Golden Retriever vicious if you abuse and isolate it...

And I am agreed... dogs that have become overly popular (like Cockers, Dalmations, Dachshunds and German Shepherds) can have a variety of problems from inbreeding -- for some it's hip dysplasia and other physical ailments, for others it becomes snappishness.

My kitten would kill your dog, drag it up a tree and eat it in front of your horrified family. Noir says, "RAWR!" :D

Personally, my experiences have shown poodles to be a far more dangerous dog then rottweilers, dobermans or any pitbull.

You have obviously never encountered a standard poodle. They are real dogs.

(Yes there are idiots that trim their coats in very strange ways, but the guilty parties there are humans, not poodles)

Never mind Rottweilers and Dobermanns.

I deliver Pizzas, and I meet all sort of dogs. Protective ones and nice ones.

The scariest dog to see charging at you in the dark (when you can't see its face properly to tell whether it's really angry) is the Mastino Napolitano. Especially when the guy is a breeder and has a whole pack of them!

The dog most likely to actually attack you is the Westhighland Terrier.

Neither Rottweilers, nor Dobermans are dangerous dogs.

ANY dog will be exactly as you raise them.

I have never encountered any of these, especially Pittbulls, that were raised correctly that were ever aggressive.

In fact, particularly in Rotts and Pitts, I find that they are often the biggest babies ever.
Its funny to see some big tough macho asshole get a dog that he thinks is going to be a killer, and it turns out to be a big baby of a canine.

Ive been around dogs my whole life, and am quite fanatical about them.

No breed is dangerous with proper training.
However, sometimes especially with purebreeds, you can get inbred mental quirks that can even sometimes ruin the dog.

ALWAYS check the dogs lineage, if you must buy a pure breed.

Make sure you are getting the right kind of dog for you.

However, the good ol' mutt is often the best kind of family dog.
They tend to be smarter, live longer, and generally healthier as well.
and best of all....often free to a good home.

Indeed. This one here wouldn't hurt a fly. Although when someone comes in and annoys her, she'll pretend that she would, and she does that very convincingly. ;)

I love rottweilers, when I was a kid our neighbour had one. I used to clamber over the fence and give it treats and play with it. He was so adorable, he was just a big softie. When my mother found out (it took her long enough) she got mad and put up a higher fence, which I was too small to climb. From my experience rottweilers have an undeserved bad rep. They're friendly. Especially if you give them treats. :)

I found that most dogs are willing to let kids get away with a lot more than adults. It takes a dog that is pretty fucked up in the head to really attack a child. And for a dog to get that fucked up in the head, its owner's got to be even more fucked up in the head.

She's adorable.

Very protective breed. My father first came across them in South and South-West Africa when he saw the Bantu and Hottentots use them to hunt lions and the Afrikaaners use them to guard their children.

I love them, I really do. :)

True, my dog (who has recently died :( ) would let kids get away with anything. Toddlers would wake him up and climb all over him and he'd be fine. I remember the neighbours twins used to pull his tail when they were really young. He'd just get up and walk away, he wouldn't even growl at the kids. My cat (who has also recently died :( ) was evil to children. She'd always sctrach and nip my little brother, I guess to put him in his place. She did the same to me but when I grew up (and stopped being a hyper child) I actually think she started to like me. Typing this is making me feel sad, I miss my pets. :( Anyway, dogs are probably the nicest animal around. :)
