Although I sense these are rhetorical questions aimed at getting the sheep of blind faith to thinking, my response is that there is no God. We don't even have a single shred of proof that Christ ever even existed. All we are hypcritacal texts of Jewish scribblers, who borrowed the teachings of the surmon on the mount from the Essenes which had been preaching the same things for over a hundred years almost verbatum with what Christ supposedly said, and I believe their aim was to draw up this big multi-cultural conglomeration of old fables purely for the purpose of selling self-destructive advice to their hated enemies, the Romans. After all, the thousand year empire of Rome did fall not long after Constantine made Christianity Rome's official religion.

3. God does not hate those animals. The laws for the Jews were to protect them from disease and the sacrifices to God symbolized repentance.

1. The Bible is a group of wise men's understanding of God as creation has been observed over time. As more knowledge and understanding was gained, the concept of God evolved. That isn't to say God evolved--man's understanding of the infinate evolved. Christians consider Jesus to be the ultimate prophet, Muslims see Jesus as a great prophet. Mormans see a continueing prophesy.

2. If he's all knowing, by definition, he knows it.

3. God used symbolism that an illiterate people could understand. This is also the reason for dietary law. Jews could eat chickens because they lived off of seed, but not eagles because they lived off of the suffering of others. You were to live like that you ate. The same is true of animal sacrifice, they were a symbol of how people were to live and die.

The thing the "Fundies" don't recognize is that part of God which was to become Jesus was--in the beginning--the creator. Different religions are in different levels of evolution in their understanding of the nature of the creator. So, God accepts many types of honor. 1.There is no proof, in fact many 'gospels'and holy scriptures have been rejected, so even if the bible is true, it is only about 1/4 of the truth(look up gnostics/gospel of mary magdeline/gospel of james/the list goes on)

why would I be offended?

In regards to number 10, there are those who believe (including myself) that revealed religion is one. All of the Prophets of God have come over time to reveal that same religion that is progressively unveiled to humankind as they are able to understand the next level of God's spiritual message. It's mankinds arragorance that rejects the next Messanger and message that causes the religious warfare.

Religion is the outer expression of the divine reality. Therefore it must be living, vitalized, moving and progressive. If it be without motion and non-progressive it is without the divine life; it is dead. The divine institutes are continuously active and evolutionary; therefore the revelation of them must be progressive and continuous. All things are subject to re-formation.

:confused: If you're referring to the OT sacrifices, then I'm sure He would prefer animal sacrifice to human sacrifice, since He condemns the latter quite often.

He didn't name it. In fact, the word Christian is used only three times in the Bible, two of which are used by non-Christians in reference to Christians. The Bible usually calls Christians saints or the elect.
