I've been warned...

So yesterday I submitted a proposal to ban the nation "Leaderette" because the mods were obviously paying no attention to the list of UN proposals. She (I'm guessing), posted 9 of the 33 new proposals or revocations over 2-3 days. No proposal or revocation was over 40 words in length and no proposal supported its topic, actually most of them just didn't make sense at all. I drafted a formal proposal to oust this nation, and found myself booted out of the UN today for attempting to bring peace and democracy to a problem that was not being address. Further, I was warned for my actions and two more strikes and I am out for sure. I mentioned in the proposal that my act was radical, but how hard should it be for a mod to check out the UN once a day and wipe out the garbage submissions and boot those who are wasting people's time. :sniper:

It is good to see the whole "first post using the sniper rifle smiley" trait still playing out, however.

It's a n00b tradition, why try to change it?

There just trying to make it as close to the real life UN as possible: instead of taking care of the problem, get rid of the person pointing it out.

hehe I got my first official warning the other day for having an "inappropriate puppet nation" I felt like such a badass for a minute.

Complaints and issues with rule violations are handled throught the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/87814/page=help), not the UN forum. Doing what it seemed you did could possibly be constituted as flaming or trolling, because it's a direct attack on another player.

Also, this thread probably belongs into Moderation and not General.
