It's one of the best-written shows on television, and oddly enough, despite all the crap on tv these days, this really is a golden age. There are some really fabulous pieces of tv writing out there right now, and this is one of them.

I fully agree. Not only are there good dramas like Lost and House, but there's also a great batch of comedies out there that is really tough to miss.

And the really good shit is on HBO. The Wire, Rome, Deadwood. Those are show that wouldn't have been made even ten years ago.

I'm a huge Deadwood fan and last season I even started getting into Sopranos again. I've also begun to watch Monk on USA network. Can't catch it on it's usual Friday night time slot, but USA occasionally runs a mini marathon of the show for apparently no good reason, and I'm planning on getting the DVDs. The good stuff is on cable.

Monk is good and that new show Psych is good as well. I don't get HBO but I guess I could check out Deadwood off Netflix.

In Luxemburg, The Hallmark Channel absorbs a bunch of other channels.

Tis weird.
