Favorite shows
What's your favorite show? Mine is Wolf's Rain. I'm upset that not only was it only 30 episodes long(even though the final episodes left no questions unanswered) but I can only watch it on dvd because the tv assholes felt that another episode of Family Guy a night at a time when few are awake anyway was a wiser investment than slightly widening their audiences.

Thats because Family Guy is a good show.'
Unlike anything on Cartoon Network in the "Anime" category.

Blackadder, Father Ted, Law and Order: SVU (the original just hasn't been the same since Jerry Orbach died), Venture Brothers, Futurama, Paranoia Agent, and Kim Possible.
Yes, most of that is animated, and, yes, I watch a show who's target audience is preteen girls and their middle-aged mothers; I make up for it by watching joyless, black & white foriegn films about the pointlessness of human existence.

it's threds like these that make me almost miss cable.
however, being without cable there just isn't much on........of the current shows, I watch
Gilmore Girls, House, Smallville and Grey's Anatomy.
House and GG are going to be on at the same time when the season starts so it's going to take some creativity to get both of them recorded, but I can handle it.
Smallville has been crap for a few seasons, but my husband still likes it, and I make him watch Grey's Anatomy so it's only fair that I sit through Smallville with him.
