It's nice, but it's like eating a meal. Slow and relaxing on a warm Sunday afternoon in the early Autumn with some friends.
From time to time its nice. Have to be patient for it to settle though ;)
The mug I've just drunk a cup of tea out of:

I love the toucan motif. The lion is okay, but something about the toucan with the pint on its beak just makes me smile...

It's okay, but IMO I'd rather have a Magic Hat #9, Anchor Steam, Hammer & Nail, or John Courage.

It would take a week for me. I don't own a digital camera... or a webcam... or... *trails off, crying into his currently non-existent brew*
I thought we were talking about world records...

Digital cameras are handy things to have when you take a lot of photos ;)

I thought we were talking about world records...
I don't know if it is a world's record, but I can down a pint of Guinness (without spilling a drop!) in just under 12 seconds... (yum!)

'tis the necture of the gods!
Sadly though, it is also seriously lacking in Japan.
*goes off an cries at the lack of Guinness*

Like drinking mud.
I don't mind it, but I far prefer Kilkenny.

It's good, but I'm more of a Real Ale kind of guy. Bombardier, Hobgoblin, Goliath... It's gotta be off the hand-pumps. Mmm.
As a cider-drinking friend of mine once remarked: "People who drink stout and bitter generally are." ;)

Kilkenny is a marketing beer....
Back in the 90's the rage was theme pubs....esp Irish theme pubs....they made Kilkenny in 1990 to go with that theme...
(not having a go at you....if you like it...you like it...nothing wrong with that)

Yeah, and your point being? :p
(I'm a student. Kilkenny is the best example of affordable yet good that i've discovered to date.)

Agreed, but those ales are commercial ales. Nice, but far better stuff around. One brew I'm sorry I missed was a bitter called 'Bitter and Twisted'. My kind of drink.

Yeah, that's a good one. I got a bottle of it in a Sainsburys somewhere, I think.
To be fair they're all commercial, or you wouldn't be able to buy them anywhere...

Only draught in Ireland.
Elsewhere it isn't the same.
And in cans - sacrilege

Thats how long I watch the bubbles cascading inside the glass. Guinness pleases my eye as much as my palate and stomach.
Its that Guinness time of year again...with roast lamb....roast beef.
I love it. I loved the moment I did actually taste the bitter chocolate flavor. I love that first sip and thinking there are about a dozen or so more.

It would be sad to beat that record.
I drink each pint as if it might be my last. Not something I want to chug while being cheered on.
