Depends what you want it for.
For just occassional pictures that you want to share on-line (like posting on NS), imageshack is one of the best.
For albums of photos you want to share with family members or friends, kodakgallery is great. It's free to sign up. I upload my photos of my travels and email the link so my mum (and anyone else I wish to bore) can see where I've been. Saves on having to send photos back via snail-mail or email. For my Tibet trip, I ended up with an album on Kodakgallery with over 200 photos. There's no way I could have emailed all that lot.
