Do you work for the good of the game, or for the good of your region?

Is it possible to "win" anything at the expense of other regions?

Is any region-specific advantage sustainable? Or is the only way to enhance the value of a region by "floating all boats with a rising tide."

Can you win by getting a bigger slice of the pie? Or by making the whole pie bigger for all?

By how well it benefits me will determine how well I will perform under the conditions I am given.

All right .. but where is your focus? In the region, or beyond it?

My focus is upon my own self rather than my region or the world at large. The region and the world at large have no compunction or hesitation in rolling right over me if it suits them. Take care of the little things and the big things will take care of themselves.
