Right click on the file, go into Properties, go into Advanced (near the bottom) and select "Compress". Hit Apply and it shall be smaller.

Either delete parts of it, or use winzip, pkzip, or some other file compression program. If it's a binary you're trying to compress, good luck. There isn't much to compress, there.
I think you can segment the file into several, smaller files, if you use pkzip.

:DUse the jpg format. Either that or physically shrink the image using something like photoshop or paintshop pro.

You could do what I did and just adjust the size in paint until it becomes small enough.

To make a file literally miniscule, right click on its icon in the explorer, click "delete", then press enter. :D

Just tell me a bunch of useful stuff i could know about NS, such as ways to fight wars, etc. that the FAQ doesnt tell me
