Does anyone else hate Yahoo!'s new page?

PErsonally, I find it LESS HELPFUL, LESS ORGANIZED, and MORE CONFUSING. Unfortunately, Yahoo! has seen fit to make the change permanant on 1 September and so we can no longer use the old page. Is anyone else upset by this? I know most people use Google, but some use Yahoo for email, stock quotes, etc...

Also, is there any way to...not exactly hack, but force it to display the old version?

I use it for a few things, but haven't heard anything about any changes. So what're they supposed to be changing?

Aftyer a quick google search, it appears to me that it's mostly cosmetic changes.

I've pretty much changed over to myway.com as it is. Give it a try....

I did like the old page more myself, but I only use it for the news pages so it doesn't bother me that much.

The same goes for its game page. Two clicks, and I could have a game of Literati in the past. Now it's a maze of drop down menus, taking a few minutes to find what I want.

I haven't bothered with it much lately because of this.

Used to use Yahoo, but I much prefer Google and Altavista.

Yahoo decided that it was too user friendly as more and more people became computer literate and decided everything needed an overhaul with links hidden out of sight in tiny print.

Yahoo Australia has been like that for ages. I don't know... don't use Yahoo much, and don't really care. It looks all right to me though.

Yahoo sucks. Period. It always has. I use Google, and I have my own RSS reader which I configure with the things I want to see. Much better than relying on someone to put together a web page with the things I want to see.

I also use Ad-Block extensively - I don't want to see any of the Yahoo ads - ever.

Great News Comrades! If you look off to the right of the screen it shows "layout options" or something. Click "switch to narrow layout" and it gives you something remarkably similar to the old page, just moved around a bit and technoed.
