I personally don't like the idea of a chip in me connected to a database...However, it seems that one RFID company,VeriChip, wants to place chips in soldiers (http://www.raidersnewsupdate.com/lead-story381.htm)now.


What do you think about placing anyone on these things?

I think having mandatory placement on civilians is an outright terrible idea, but for some people who are particularly high risk fields and voluntarily take the chips, they might be useful, like soldiers perhaps, and then have them removed when they leave the service.
