I'm going to the Opie & Antony Virus Tour in Holmdell on this Saturday-
Has anyone else been to it yet? How was it?

Is there any proper etiquette? :p

they are a couple of hilarious radio DJs on both regular radio and satellite now too.
They are hosting a tour of comedians that are frequent contributors to their show.

I've heard them a little. There's a couple of stations in my area that broadcast them, but I'm usually at work when they're on (I only hear them if I'm in my truck on my day off). I haven't been to the Virus Tour, though. As far as etiquette, I have no idea what would be acceptable at one of their shows.

Now we have a wholegroup going and planning to tail gate in the parking lot. One guy is bringing his truck so he can bring a grill and a huge "WOW" sign he is making.

Heh.

I remember the funny St. Patricks prank. That was comedy gold. Too bad the way it ended :( .

Anyway, you should take someone who's willing to flash her boobs.

I'm a huge O&A fan, but I'm not going to see the virus. I couldn't get enough of my pals interested in going to a day-long comedy festival. People have kids to take care of and stuff. Going alone would just be depressing.

If you can get tickets, you could hang with us.

If not, I think they have a show in Camden coming up soon-which would be close to you, right?

Yeah, camden's not far. 40 minutes or so away. Still, I don't think I'll be catching this one. Thanks for the invite though.

There is a 4 X 8 "WOW" sign being made as we speak.

We are bringing a charcoal grill for sausage/peppers/onions, hot dogs, pushcart onions, burgers, etc... and several coolers of beer.

That little scumbag is supposed to be there saturday. I'm really hyped now.

Everyone is constructing a "WOW" sign and we have a whole menu of who is bringing what.

its pouring here now- I hope this is done by tommorrow as half the fun of this show will be the tailgating party before the show....

The weather held out for thsi show last Saturday.

Tailgating was awesome-it was like one huge party with thousands of people (And 3 porta pottys). Everyone brought food & beer and everyone shared0-it was like a huge block party. Lots of fun.
Our large "WOW" sign was prominantly displayed, as were many, and also showed up in a tape Opie and Anthony filmed, then put up on the screen during the show.

Unfortunately, we were exposed to Jim Norton's bare ass, as he sped up and down the aisles in the parking lot on a golf cart, mooning everyone.

Each comic was pretty funny, if I had to do it again, I could live without Tracey Morgan, Patrice Oneal and Bob freaking Sagget.

Carlos Mencia-damn funny
