Tomorrow I will be exactly one third of a century old (yes, including leap years. Yes, I'm very bored on my 2 hours per day on the train every day...)

So, how should I celebrate my one-third-centenial?

Poll up in a minute, or write 'em in!

Thanks. That's going to be a hell of a 24 hours. ;)

Complain about your arthritis, about how you fought for this country, and you deserve a little more respect, goddamnit!, how that nurse over there has a damn fine arse, etc.

Complain a lot about the state of your country, the youth of today, how the CEO is an arsehole, what happened between Dave and Linda at the last office party, etc.

Complain about not being allowed to go out because you're grounded for smoking, about your damn spots erupting left right and centre, how x from 9B hasn't looked at you once since you asked them out, etc.

Fulful the stereotypical dream!

Your 1/3rd centennial only comes around one a lifetime. Best make it a night to remember.

Good point! And I didn't even make it last lifetime! (Damned "Korean Conflict"...)

Tomorrow I will be exactly one third of a century old (yes, including leap years. Holy cow, that makes you pretty much exactly as old as I am! When's your birthday? (Yes, I know I could figure that out myself, but just how crazy do you think I am?)

I knew there was a reason I liked you! :)
I was born in April 1973.
Very. You post intelligently on NS. You've gotta be crazy. ;)

skip work and be a general drunk, horny and smelling oddly of something more than weed nuisance.

just remember the birthday isn't over till your swimming naked in a lake and your mom comes to pick you up before you get hyperthermia (and try to sleep with someone half your age to no affect)

It's nice to see another person who celebrated his 1/3 century. I had lots of chocolate for mine, and beer.

Oops. 15th.
And be careful young lady, before I take my belt to ya! (or is that cane? I forget...)

Of course, technically one should just ignore the leap days, but I'm weird that way.

Neither, I hope!

And someone please remind me on September 24th that I'm old, okay? :p

Ah yes ... I remember by 33 & 1/3 ... a good time was had by all.

By your list, however, you should combine things. Run for public office *while* consuming copious amounts of alcohol. That sort of thing.

*pours you 1/3rd of a shot*

*pours you the remaining 33*

Well, you are getting up there in the years... If I were you I'd invest in a new hip and then go to the drug store and buy some Aleve.

Whatever you do, don't think about Christ or Alexander the Great and reflect on how much they had accomplished by the time they got to your age.

That'll get ya too depressed.

Instead think about how little they did after that age.

Does it still count as an orgy if there's only one participant?

Nice idea, but my singing has been condemned in 13 countries, including the US where I live.

But who knows? If I get to Belize this winter, it could soon be 14!! :D

That would be a menage-a-moi!

(I'm still incredulous that ~25% of all voters *didn't* say get laid!)
