That's right, you heard me...

This has very little to do with the fact that I just got back from the bar... (okay, mabye just a little...)

Even all of the worst flamer types of the lot of you. The very fact that you guys took the time to debate the most menial politcal topic puts the most illiterate amongst us many notches above the 'average' person in my book. There's something about this forum and the nonsensical rantings of the posters on it that keeps me coming back.

So, even though I'm just going through some semi-drunken rant at the moment, please take the time to appreciate this forum, and all the nonsensical people in it.

For my part, I would like to appreciate the following posters, whether or not they even noticed my posts;

- Jello Biafra - We have drastically different economic politics. Yet, I'm always amazed at how 'calm' you remain in any political debate. I respect that. Stay classy Jello!

- Wallonachia - You represent one of several Michiganders on this site that I identify with more than a lot of the Canadians on this site. I was reflecting on the whole 'NSer's of the <insert region here> phenomenon, and realized that there are very few Canadians on this site that I have in common with and noticed that I get along with the Michiganders even more. Is that strange? At any rate, thank you for your love of hockey and Tim Hortons.

- Sinuhue - Yes, I realize she's not around anymore. She kept things interesting. I didn't always agree with her. But she was controversial in a way that kept people talking, and I miss her threads, even if I didn't always post on them.

- Eutrusca - I think you may have responded to as many as three of my posts. At any rate, I respect you sticking up to your ideals when most people classify you as an ideologue when you aren't necessarily so. Not to mention the fact, that you are surrounded by 'kids', and you remain a viable poster, and commentator on current events. You have my 'nod' for whatever it's worth.

-Il Ruffino - You have responded to perhaps one of my posts. That doesn't matter. What matters is that, you have started multiple posts where you have disregarded any sort of self-pride in appearance for the opportunity for the rest of us to realize how many seriously hot NS'ers are amonst us. (Sorry folks, I don't consider myself to be one of them.) You dragged all the hotties out so that even the 'losers' who only post on the economics threads can salivate on NS general once in a while. Huzzah!

I feel like perhaps I'm forgetting some people. I tend to spend most of the time just making sarcastic comments to things that get ignored, but occasionally a 'new' topic will show up and I'll get into it. At any rate, if I 'missed' someone, I apologize right now. I love ALL of you anyway. The beer has only a very little to do with it.
