Paging a Doctor...Symptoms check

My head's swimming, ears are popping every few minutes, and I can't seem to walk in a straight line. It's miserable. I'm Pretty sure it's a naaasty ear infection that's been brewing for a while, but I'd like to check with the NSG "Hivemind" and see what their opinion is, in case this is like the opening symptoms of...Monkey-bird flu, or sars....
I've already tested what I can and can't do with a messed up equilibrium. Put a big dent in the alluminum siding on the company box truck (fell into it) and then about 1/2 hour ago I fell face first into my laptop stand, knocking it over (On my back) and eating carpet. It was dirty, but filling I might add.
I'm not going anywhere, that's for sure.

You're just drunk. Take an aspirin, get some sleep.
Or call a doctor if you haven't been drinking.

Actually, this could be real. A friend's mother was diagnosed with Mineer's Syndrome, which has similar symptoms, I believe; I don't know if that's the proper spelling. Or in December I had a problem where I got like that--minus such intense balancing problems--and it was because my head was so clogged with snot it was putting pressure on my ears so they'd pop.

If your balance is effected, your semicircular canals are being disrupted, most likely.
Go see a doctor.

Yes seeing a REAL doctor is not cotraindicated. This could also be a stroke.

So you're saying his problem is... he needs to blow his nose?
You are not a very good doctor...

I'm not a doctor!
But if it's anything like the annoying problems I was having, I had to take enough Sudafed to make me wonky and basically just wait until it went away. Though it sounds like the original poster has worse problems than ears repeatedly popping and being annoying.

A stroke? Isn't he, like, 20?
And why hasn't he posted in a while? Did he leave?

Nope. Just an NSG poster who thought it was cruel that everyone's like YOU'RE DRUNK when there could actually be a serious problem here.

Vascular problems can happen at any age. Just a little while ago, a very young, healthy, womens basketball coach died of an aneurysm.

They're actually supposed to have fewer health problems, due, I suspect, to the lack of intercourse with the male of the species.

Dude, get off the internet, and into a doctors office ASAP. Any type of infection that far into the ear is not a good thing. You NEED to see a doctor. Try to get some sleep. If it gets any worse during the night, or you see any sort of discharge from the ear or loss of hearing, get to the ER RTFS!
I may not be a doctor, but I recognize bad things when I see it. Heck, you might be better off going to the ER right now.
