And goat, and relatives, and neighbors. This kid with a serious mental problem has been chained to a tree for nine years because he likes to bite dogs and people and goats and stuff. It seems the locals thought he was possesed by a powerful demon.

Too bad there aren't enough resources to provide decent mental health care. Hell, even in rich nations like the US there is a lack of mental health resources.
