Real or Hoax?!

Ok, now I've heard this story before and there used to be (don't know if there's still is) a website dedicated to this. I forgot the name of the Hotel, thus why I can't find anything now lol. Anyways, I'm going to try to do this the best I can from memory.

There used to be a Hotel out in California (it's not a hotel anymore, I think it's an office building now, I think the name is Belmont, it def. has a B in it.) and apparently this hotel is susspose to be haunted by an evil spirit. Well there these two guys (Yes there is a video, can't find it right now) that took a video camera into the hotel, and when I saw the video they showed what appears to be a heart or liver on the floor, then they cut to this large vampire like creature stepping out from a closet, and then the two people just run away. So what do you guys think, was it real or was it a hoax? If anyone can remember the name of the hotel I'm talking about, that would be great. Anyways, discuss!

Obscure?!? It's one of the most famous guitar solos in rock history.

Besides, we don't know the name of the hotel -- it might not even be on a dark desert highway.

No, just lyrics from that classic 1976 Eagles hit Hotel California. :p

In fact, the song warned about the dangers of drug addiction, fame, and the hollowness of the American dream among other things. It's a rather deep song, actually.

One of the interpretations is that it's a reference to Steely Dan, as SD referenced The Eagles in one of their songs. It's also possible that it has something to do with drug addiction.
