Happy Music

I'm pretty depressed today. Anyone recommend some happy music to listen to/learn?

Need to keep my mind off of something, and music helps.

I'm thinkin' something light, no metal. Classic is good, Hip-hop/r&b, not so much.

Thanks.

"Happy Together" as performed by Leningrad Cowboys. (Not the 2006 version). I defy anyone to not be happy while/after hearing this.

Oh, if you have access to the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest soundtrack, listen to "Dinner is Served". towards the end, enjoy the silly sounds of a pirate being pelted with melons.

I can't stand that song. It was used in a beer commercial and drunks everywhere were chanting it for about four months. But they didn't know the words, of course.

Yeah, apparently they're splitting once they've finished their current tour.

Makes me even more glad I had the semi-religious experience of seeing them live for 2 1/2 hours :)

Anything by Bob Marley would be appropriate. There is no such thing as depressing reggae.

What? "Redemption Song" is a fairly sad tune (although, it's not actually reggae).

I found a song "So happy together," that says its by the beatles, but I don't think so. It helped some.

First verse goes "Imagine me and you, I do...I think about you day and night."

Don't shoot yourself... just delete your cookies and cache.
I had the same problem with youtube, and that fixed it. (Or maybe it was when I deleted my Macromedia plug-in...)

Anyway, one of those things cleared the problem right up for me...

Thank you. I read it on an old tombstone near my house dated in the 1890's.

Always remembered it. People in RI have a funny thing about death; a doctor in a nearby town is currently buried under a boulder with "This is on me," engraved on it.
