It's okay, but it seems like it's either posed or faked to me. The other seems more likely to have been shot candidly, and that's what gets me going, photo-wise.
I need to learn to shoot night shots. My best work is closeups of plants and insects, and panorama mountain scenes.

Good photo, though. Probably a composition, but very nice. And nothing wrong with fancy camera tricks either.
