It isn't butchered, though I liked the techno remix of the original better. :p

I watched about 25 seconds and I've never even heard that song before, but I'd definitely prefer a seafood singing it. That girl is so generic, it's scary.

Well, I liked it.
Thats Ashley Tisdale, she is maddie on the suite life of zack and cody on the disney channel.
for those who are curious, the song "kiss the girl" is from Little Mermaid. and while I think she didn't butcher it, for that involves some attempt at making it her own, she didn't exactly make it better than the original.

It is a song from an animated movie, that was made during Disney's "bad years" the original was not supposed to be "great" it was sang by a crab........a gay crab.
One should NEVER re-make, cover, or otherwise record a song from a Disney movie.......... I didn't like it when Jessica Simpson started re-doing songs from Aladdin either, she just screwed everything up.
