Yes, people can STILL be that stupid.

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (Reuters) - A Brazilian man died on Tuesday when he tried to open what police believe was a rocket-propelled grenade with a sledgehammer in a mechanical workshop on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro.

Tell me, is there ANYONE on NS General who would think that doing ANYTHING to a rocket-propelled grenade is a good idea? I'm trying to figure out where these people come from - it's not like it's a mystery what these things are, or what happens when you smash them.

Giving them to children and telling them to play with them is a good idea.

I agree! It's a shame that he won't be able to personally accept his award, because he's DEAD! :D

Does this remind anyone about the Bugs Bunny cartoon where Bugs starts to help a gremlin hit a bomb w/ a hammer?

Even he had more sense to stop before actually hitting it.
