I want to pick up another language, mainily French. But I would like some advice on how to learn it without going to a french speaking nation, I can't afford it. Is there any good programs I could use?

Check your local community college. You don't have to enroll if you live nearby, you just add as a local resident and pay like $30 per quarter.. go twice a week for an hour or something. Cheaper than being a student.. I was going to take a painting workshop at one but I missed the enrollment period.

The easy way to learn a new language is to make one up. That's what I do. :)
