The Kiss army, a group of Kiss fans known for wearing absurd makeup and listening to lousy music, have been protesting in front of the rock and roll hall of fame museum in Cleveland, OH. Personally I don't think Kiss meets the criterea for induction.

"Criteria include the influence and significance of the artist's contributions to the development and perpetuation of rock and roll," the site says.

I think that even the Backstreet Boys were more influential than Kiss.

Kiss sucked the only thing they were good at was making money so I think they'd be perfectly suited for the Rock N Roll hall of fame

I saw a pic them and thought "what the fuck...?". It being the 80's I thought they might sound like a black metal band (black gear, make up)...And then another youthful delusion hit the dirt...

"I wanna rock and roll all nite...and party every day."

Never heard that one.
But after reading the lyrics I must say it sounds very original and moving. And it makes a sharp and scathing political point.

There was a show called Rock School where Simmons made a two groups of kids into bands. At the end he took them back to his mansion in LA and showed them this weird room that was a shrine to himself and it had every peice of KISS shit ever created, it was freaking scary. Scarier than the fact that KISS has made more money than any other band in history yet noone has heard them.
