I don't even know what to say about this one. Apparently, some people _are_ this stupid.

The stupid guy is from the ATF - I'm not surprised.

Well, he's got an ATF hat, anyway. That's certainly enough to make you wonder about his sanity.

I wonder if the finger in the other ear keeps the bullet from passing all the way through?

I don't know anyone except an ATF person who would wear an ATF hat to the firing range.

It's not exactly a popular organization amongst gun owners.

Here's my other favorite funny video

oh yeah, real nice. Laughing at people who believe its ok to own firearms. God forbid a country boy gets his hands on a gun:rolleyes: Commoners and the masses are just too dumb to protect themselves is that it?

Actually, we're laughing at an agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF), who is obviously trained in the use of firearms, and whose job it is to disarm Americans any way he can, and he's too stupid to wear hearing protection at a firing range.

Ahaha. Stupid ATF.

Reminds me of the DEA Agent who was showing children his Glock, and saying, "I'm an expert and I'm the only one here trained enough to handle this weapon" and then promptly shot himself in the leg like a dumbass.

Worse than that, plugging one ear with his pistol.
For that alone, I must deem this a setup and not a real picture.

Or perhaps he's just wearing the hat and has nothing to do with the ATF.

I've seen worse in real life. From "agents" and "police".

Nothing funnier than going to a range with Maryland State Police tactical team members, and see them mystified when you shoot out to 1000 yards, and hit what you're aiming at, and they look at their poodle shooter rifles, and have, up until that point, been complaining about the wind affecting their ability to hit a target at 300 yards.

Nice.

Then he's a double dumbass. Wearing an ATF hat at a range is like wearing a "I love Fred Phelps" t-shirt at a gay pride parade.

Yes. Yes they are. That's why us NRA members (I am a complex individual, politically speaking) cringe when we hear that someone owns a gun without having taken a safety course. Seriously, I am literally squirming in my chair thinking about it.

Here's a crash course for those of you haven't:
ALL GUNS ARE LOADED. EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE. FULL MAGAZINE, ONE LOADED IN THE CHAMBER.
"But I unloaded it mysel…"SHUT YOUR MOUTH! IT'S FUCKING LOADED. YOU WILL KILL YOURSELF IF YOU POINT IT AT YOURSELF. YOU WILL KILL OTHERS IF YOU POINT IT AT THEM.

That's pretty much it. You just assume every gun is loaded. So, when a person plugs their ear with a .45, I cry a little bit. But whatever. If you want to think that since idiots can own a gun they should, that's your problem, chachi.

Assuming he is really ATF and not just a dumbass wearing the hat, we need more agents like him.

It's dumb yes, but I'm sure it wasn't loaded. I look down the barrels of my guns when I'm cleaning them. OBVIOUSLY there isn't a round in the chamber.

But he is from ATF, hehe.

The hat makes me think it's just a setup. In fact, im going to go as far as to suggest that it was made by a gun owner who was not trying to make gun owners looks stupid...but instead gun-grabbers (ATF in this case).

Well, if you're cleaning a gun it should be disassembled anyways. If you manage putting a bullet in your head when it's a barrel connected to neither stock, magazine or firing mechanism, you've pulled off quite a feat

He must be from the A or T part of BATF.

I look down the barrel of my weapons, too. After I've cleared the chamber, I turn it around and look down the barrel. That's the only way to make sure there are no obstructions in the barrel.

whoops, sorry, it was a DEA instructor.

I've noticed a lot of law enforcement that have poor gun handling skills.

Finger on trigger, sweeping everyone (including their partner) with the muzzle, etc.

One, at a school presentation by the local police, handed my daughter a loaded Glock (she had asked to touch it). She wasn't as stupid as he was, so she locked the slide back and dropped the magazine, then told him never to do that again.

She was 13.

And out of all these posts, where did the booze come from? Ah, the government!

Don't forget the tobacco. If pot is ever legalized, you know which agency will be in charge of regulating it.

Yeah I know ... again ... bastards! *shakes other fist*

It's unfortunate the 2nd Amendment doesn't contain a "Shoot any government agent who stops you from making your own spirits in your own private home" clause.

I should write my congressman.

HAHA! That's great! Hopefully he learned something from having to be reminded of safe gun handling by a 13 year old. :D

And the anti's always say the only ones responsible enough to safely handle firearms are the military and the police.
