I downloaded a demo for Port Royale Two, and found that it was in German. Now, I'm not saying that all demos should be in English or anything, but I found it odd because the site I downloaded it from was in English, the installation window was in English, etc, until I actually got into the game. This is the second time this has happened to me.

(Well third time I've downloaded a German language demo, but the first time I knew it was German)

Any of you ever had some interesting linguistic experiences when downloading something?

I got an Italian download by mistake once... that was interesting.

i downloaded a pirate copy of a film (can't remember what it was called but it was a crime one with travolta in it) that had been dubbed into korean, re-dubbed back to english and had both engrish and flench sub-titles. guess they were trying to cater to as many markets as they could! i only know it was korean cuz i watched it with a friend who was from soeul.

I'm trying to download Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips, but I can't get any through. :(
