A man, currently undergoing trial for child molestation, has chosen to use a "religious freedom defense", calling his actions a "sacred ritual".

There's been alot of discussion on pedophilia lately, with many different viewpoints. However, I hope that even the admitted pedophiles on this board will condemn this man. Not only was he engaged in sexual relationships with children, but these were all disabled children. He worked as a tutor in a special needs school. Two of the victims were simply identified as "disabled", and seven were identified as autistic. All but one of them was under 13.
While I still maintain that children that young are completely incapable of giving consent, I can imagine a reasonable argument that says these children were in any way capable of giving consent.
I hope they lock him up and feed the key to a shark. Child molestation gets me angry enough, but doing it in the name of religion makes me want to bury a fork in someone's eye.
