How do you make a quote box thingy?

Press the little button in the bottom of the individual post that says quote.

Or if you a pasting from outside NS, paste the text, select it and then click on the little speech bubble icon (4th from the right) on the reply box.
Type [ QUOTE=someone's name]
Then type [/QUOTE] after what you want to be in a quote box.

Just say: I am quoting *fill in name/article* whenever you want to quote another user or an article.
