The nations would be, then-Still Cannot think of a name, Nope-nothing yet, Maybe....no-no-I got nothing, Uhhhh..., What'd they used to call...? Nah, and so on.
The first part is more or less serious. The second was obligitory.

Well, Germany's been good in the past at reconstructing itself (better than at keeping it going :p ), so I'd just follow the same stuff Ludwig Erhard did.
There won't be a big welfare state, there'll be a lot more economic freedom, and anyone who complains gets to move to Nope-nothing yet. :D

The country would be made into a big drunken party. The only functional institutions and infrastructure would be geared towards the production, procurement or protection of drugs, alcohol and food. This pseudo-military government-booze-supplier would be primarily a volunteer organisation. Prices, work, the economy, international and personal duties etc., etc. would all be disregarded in favour of getting hammered and "achieving" nothing.
