Donald Ray Bilby (why do weird criminals have three names so often?) has been convicted of sending letters to the FBI containing bomb and Anthrax threats. He signed his real name to the letters and even wrote down his county inmate ID number. The goal was to extort $20,000 out of the federal government to bail him out of jail while he awaits his trial for auto theft. Now that's a scam that takes loads of balls and absolutely no brains. I wonder how they managed to track him down?

Well if getting yourself sent to jail until you're too old to get it up anymore counts as removing yourself from the gene-pool then this guy need to be on the short list for a Darwin Award.

Wow, the criminals in my home state are getting dumber.
