For me it has to be a toss up between the Web Developer Toolbar, the Wizz RSS News Reader and All-In-One Sidebar.

What are the Firefox extensions you would take to a des(s)ert island?

FasterFo(u)x, which makes my pages load q(u)icker. I also like the mo(u)se gest(u)re extension. While I don't (u)se it to its f(u)ll potential, being able to shift between tabs witho(u)t clicking on them is pretty nice.

What's the MGE? I never hearda that. I just use Faster Fox and the weather, but if I could get more, I probably would.

My favourite is prolly Tab Mix Plus. Really makes the tabs more natural (to me). Others I use are:
Fasterfox
Adblock
Adblock Filterset.G Updater
Cute Menus-Crystal SVG
All-in-One Gestures

The FoxyTunes extension is beyond awesome, primarily because I'm so incredibly lazy. It's a great way to control my music.

I use Tabbrowser, Adblock + .G Updater, DownThemAll, FoxyTunes (with Foobar2000), Image Zoom and All-in-One Sidebar.

.. And now I think I'll go look for more junk. The gestures thingy sounds handy.

I actually don't have that many extensions. Let's see, there's...

* StumbleUpon (awesome time-waster)

* VideoDownloader (for downloading Youtube videos to iTunes)

* Answers (alt-click any word to get its Answers.com entry)

* Mouse Gestures (very cool tool; let's you control Firefox with mouse movements. Reminds me of that holographic display in Minority Report...)

FasterFox - Faster loads
Stealther - Disable cookies and history and probably other stuff with one click ;)
FoxyTunes - Who doesn't like being able to change thier music without having to open it all the time (Winamp)

Damnit, i need to open my extensions list...

FLST - Focus Last Selected Tab ....
Google Preview - See a picture of the site before you click it
CustomizeGoogle - No ads :)
IE View - Open the same page in IE incase it doesn't work in Firefox

Hell, I love almost all of my extensions

Just go to Tools / Extensions to go into the Extensions Manager. Right click on the extension you want to uninstall to get a bunch of options.

SpellBound Development version. It provides "spell as you type" (those red lines under misspelt words) spell checking in a multitude of languages. Don't worry about the "development" bit - it's very stable.

The same feature will be built into Firefox 2.0, but this is a nice way of having the future today.
