Been around a long time and have never seen a real off road topic
On my mind as I just did Lions Back in moab utah
It is positivly the most insane thing I have yet done ... I did not have a video camcorder but I should have some pics up soon
There is an awsome video of it out there though http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=334458617951173729&q=lion%27s+back&pl=true
Thats not me but if you want to see some serious Jeeping watch the last 1/3 as he decends
Going up is nothing compared to going down

I used to have an old Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I abused it a bit, but I knew it wasn't really an offroading vehicle. Therefore, I didn't take it too hard. But my friend, who purchased the poor beast from me gave it one hell of a run. He broke a tire. No, he didn't get a flat, he landed on a tree stump and broke the metal rim. In half. Let's see, what else... He also flipped the damn thing too. He's removed the bumper, unintentionally, and replaced the mufflier with a tin can. It's quite impressive. I've got to respect him for that.
Cannot think of a name

My grandfather sold Land Rovers and was one of the first to put a V8 in the Series Land Rovers without them falling out. We had a Series III (maybe II) 109" for a little bit. That thing was a beast-it feared nothing.
I learned to drive on a S-15 Jimmy with a 2.8, wussiest thing I've ever driven this side of the dumpy B210, so I never really dared to really off-road for fear of getting stuck.
I used to mob around in my 77 Chevy Malibu Classic (Classic, not the cool Malibu) at an old abandoned mobile park like I was in the Dukes of Hazzard...closest I've come to doing anything that could be considered off-roading with me behind the wheel, really. But with my grandpa, he just went anywhere without fear or hesitation. He could also be a kind of a bastard, but not to me, I was the golden first grandson...
