Ok, so I have an Motorola E398 and it's pissing me off.
I'm tryingto download a ring tone, and it keeps telling me the network is not available.
Now I've checked my network settings and registered before, and I checked that it was all ok and the phone says it is, but it's not working.
Thoughts? Please? Anyone?

Mobile phones should make telephones and text, and nothing else. All these fancy gadgets are making them absolutely crap at their original task; you're lucky if you can hear someone talking when they're using one of these 'do everything and then make you a cup of tea' 'phones'.

As much as I encourage expression of opinion, that didn't help me much :p
.. it's worked before.. it just wont work right now.. it hasnt for a couple of days.

These modern phones are just one of my pet hates. They should really be called cameras/video recorder/mp3 player with phone attached than the other way round.

Cell phones....
In my day, we had 'Rotary' phones, where you had to spin a dial around with your finger, and dialing a '9' just took about all day long! And you know what? We liked it!
Cell phones are vile evil things.
No one is important enough to need a cell phone. No one. There is no reason for anyone to be able to get ahold of you 24/7.

Yeah right not only were a cell phone /pager combination key to when I was a voulenteer fireman my current job requires me to be avaliable 24/7 incase of equipment outages

Probably best there are SO many different models it takes someone that deals with them on a daily basis to really know whats up
Sorry cant help with downloading ringtones. It might be the crazy frog one and my conscience wont allow he to be party to that.

Are you sure it's at your end? It could just be a network problem that will clear up on its own.
