Well the new "Truth" ads are out, and once again they have managed to come up with something stupider than calling cancer "zephyr". They now "claim" that a Tobacco CEO saw that many people die in their sleep, so he either wanted to or did a reasearch on banning sleeping. Ok, the "Truth" people are offically pulling stuff out of their ass! Personally at this point, I am convienced that the "Truth" ads are written by five year olds retards! At least D.A.R.E. was never this bad.
The "Truth" adds aren't even trying to convince people not to smoke any more, it's just Tobbacco Company = Evil

Yeah, I posted about this a couple of weeks ago. The Truth isn't, but (as someone else pointed out) it's the "noble lie." The goal (more non-smokers) is supposedly so worthwhile and necessary than any means to achieve it is in the public interest, including lies to expose the lies of their enemy (the tobacco companies).

It's an anti-smoking crusader group in the U.S. that uses money appropriated from Big Tobacco in order to fight Big Tobacco.

Besides which you get much more skilled at gaming if you also sleep occasionally, because that gives the brain time to sift out the important lessons of the day.
