It's a nice idea, but it really has to be done right. Not only to avoid players cheating (wall hacks, anyone?) but the game has to be easy to update too. Real humans playing each other will discover tricks the developers never dreamed of. Anyone played it?

Arena Net tryed, but once you get past the novelty of no monthly fee MORPG, they have turned it into a "fuck the fans" capitalist pigfest.

Aye, it makes me think of Gunz (http://www.gunzonline.com). I think they can pull it off.
