How would it feel to belly flop into a pool of jello?

I beleive it would break up and swallow you as a baleen whale swallows a tuna storm.

maybe you would just hover in the middle of it like a piece of banana would in a smaller cup of jello?

It wouldn't feel good, since you would probably eventually be choked to death.
It would feel all right, until you drowned in the jello...

All depends on the Jelly. Some is denser than water, some is less dense. The denser ones would hurt, the less dense might not.

One of my favorite radio promotions involved diving for green marbles in a 24' x 4' deep swimming pool filled with lime Jello. Unfortunately, the only way to make the Jello 'set' was to run the promotion in cold weather, and I didn't relish the idea of swimming in cold, clammy semi-solid liquid.
Those who did dive seemed pleased with the prizes they exchanged for their marbles.

At least you could eat your way out, no fear of drowning

I don't know if you'd be able to break the surface tension.

And if you jump into a pool of water, you cannot drown either, right? You can simply drink all the water in that pool: no problem? :D
(plz kids: dont try that at home!)

Exactly
so enough of the whineing
lesson of the day - if you drown it's your own fault for not having a biger drinking capaicty
Well, depending on the weight of the person, they may sink to the bottom and not be able to get back up. It'd be fun if it was a giant cube of jello, not a pool.
It would be as delectable as dipping my bottom over and over in to a bath of the silkiest oils and creams.

I now have a very bad mental picture of people drowning in their own piss, after they have drunk an entire pool.....:(
Thanks for that....

Jello?
I'm taking that means jam (IIRC it's the American word for it).
Urmm it would probably feel quite nice, up until the point at which the wasps arrived, when it would be horrible.

I've done this.
It actually feels weird..
You jump and expect a belly flop, but as soon as you touch the jello, you get sucked in.
Great feeling.
