So far war was kept away from a perspective(always a good reason that is),
These proxy "cold war conflict"did a lot of damage,Shaping the world we live in.
What is you perception of wars,if not then explain.
If it is, explain what do you fear?

Firstly, if you are trying to provoke thought, form your statement / opinion a little better, I had to read that three times to try and see where you were coming from, and look past the spelling / grammar issues.

I think I get it, so here you go:

My Perception of war & it's causes:

War = Conflict

Nations / People go to war for any number of reasons, some of them being:

1) They have no other options for resolving differences or grievances.
2) They face an immediate or perceived threat from an aggressor.
3) They want something that another nation has, such as land, a kind of wealth, etc.
4) An immediate need for essential provisions for survival (food, water, and shelter) may push a nation to go to war in order to secure these resources for themselves.

Is War Fear? ... Tough one, I wouldnt say so but I can see how it would be perceived that way.

Do I Fear War?... No

Should I Fear War?... meh.. probably

I think alot of people underestimate the power to instill fear. The power to instill fear is taking our freedoms away. Sometimes the fear of something is enough to motivate people into attempting to protect themselves, which is a natural thing and in most cases neccesary. Although this can be exploited, in the case of the current war, taking our freedom away to defend against a threat that is attempting to take our freedom, is not the most intelligent course of action.

If to win the battle, you sacrifice what you are fighting for. You sacrifice your victory and have thus defeated yourself.

Never underestimate the power of fear.

Fear is power, but power without control. It is just as easily gained, as lost.

But to be on topic, fear does not equal war. Fear might be a result of, or a means by which, war can be achieved and visa versa. But they do not always accompany eachother. For example, if war is sided by pattriotism there most certainly is no fear.

War is sometimes a necessary evil, which is why there are people like me who have trained for them, and studied them. and fought them.

BTW ... anyone who says they aren't afraid in combat is either lying or a fool.

Well, I've never been in combat so I don't really know. But since I'm generally acting like a fool already, I can guess.

Well, typically non-aggressive folks only go to war on the basis of fear. Fear is the only real motivator that can drive a liberal-democratic society to war. The fear that is experienced can be a fear for national survival, or a fear for resource security abroad. Fear can cloud a countries judgement severely, and cause it to act irrationally, and support policies that it would otherwise not support.

Illiberal societies, such as the one's of Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia and Ba'athist Iraq are far more willing to go to war for other reasons. Be they pride issues, resource issues, conquest issues or power issues. Fear is not their primary motivator, and they need not feel a foreign threat to go to war.

What bring people to war?
