We see all kinds of responses out there, and I wonder if those responses could be categorised, perhaps alongside a question of whether you think the Terrorists in question are on to something.

Question one: Do you think the Palestinians are on to something? (y/n)

Question three: How should we deal with terrorists in general?
( options: attack 'em/talk with 'em )

Possibly. But unless there are a lot of folks who favour both the KKK and Hamas, I suppose there will be very little space left for opining that we or someone else should think in terms of cutting terrorists more slack.

that would make sense except for hamas, which is recognized as a terrorist group. I know all Palestinians are not terrorists, but hamas is palestinian.

One is a race of people, the other a hate group.

Palestine is well within it's rights to fight Israel, just as Israel is too fight Palestine. The difference being, one is branded a hero and the other a bunch of terrorists.

that is simply not true. hamas and hezbollah both hide within the civilian population, neither try to separate themselves from the locals. both also as a matter of policy target civilians, especially children.
the Israeli military does none of these things, as a matter of policy.
