Don't get my wrong, I'm pro-Israel, but if I go and blow myself up in Israel, does that give them the right to attack Australia? Why are they bombing Beirut airport? What does this have to do with the nation of Lebanon?

What does this have to do with the nation of Lebanon?Because the terrorists will fly planes from Beirut into Israeli buildings? IDK what they really hope to accomplish by bombing that airport. I am also pro-Israel, but I think that Israel is going too far in their retaliations currently.

The killing of civilians is never right but is sometimes a unavoidable due to the actions taken by a particular party.

Israel is being attacked by a foriegn power and cannot be expected to not retailate.

If some country kidnapped 2 of my countries troops and fired missles into my towns then I would expect my government to respond in kind.

Hezbollah (sp) officals sit on the Government so its a government issue. Syria and Iran also have to be carefull not to start being to obvious in their aid to Hezbollah.

It appears to me, Israel do not want peace. Because all their actions are going to accomplish is an increase in the number of people willing to blow themselves up in Israel...
