What is civil freedom?

So far I seen everythïng about civil freedom
in NS are either defined by,
(a)feminism,
(b)ethical minority groups
(c)sexual tolerance
(d)tolerance to abnorm trans-gender chocks.
I can be wrong but I don't yet think I am.
My hopothesis ; This is steriotypic
and limited to populistic and cliche realife issues.
I want more forms of civil freedom out of the ordenary.
(a) cruelty of punnishment.
(b)education
(c)economical freedom
(d)material freedoms
(e)pularity of parties
Punishment is cruel? I suppose criminals would think along those lines, who wants to take responsibility for their actions?
